IT Manager to Customer and Account – ATG
About the position
We are now looking for a Team Manager to IT Development – ATG who is genuinely interested in technology, people and in their development.

As a Team manager you will be responsible for efficient way of working in the agile team by ensuring competence development and staffing as well as supporting your team in the delivery of daily work and lead the employees toward ATGs goal in creating the world’s most exciting gaming experience.
You will be working both operative and strategically, together with IT and the business, and will be given great responsibility for 2 teams that are currently in charge of customers, CRM and responsible gaming. Areas which are today key for ATG. One of our biggest challenge today is linked to a shift in technology, where our aim is to go towards microservices.
We have a business critical transaction intensive environment where we must always be on our toes to serve our customers and offer them an existing and smooth gaming experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coach, remove obstacles and support the team(s) to make sure that they can deliver efficiently
- Recruit, develop and manage competences needed in the team
- Set goals for teams and team members
- Manage training needs and budget
- On-board/off-board employees
- Ensure adequate staffing and competence for the teams
- Salary and PD talks
- Responsibility to communicate and keep the staff informed
- Work together with management team, align goals and delivery accordingly
- Ensure workforce planning according to short- and long-term needs
To succeed in this role
We like to see that you have strong leadership skills and you are not afraid to challenge others or be challenged by others. As a leader you have strong people and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate on all levels in a simple and clear way. As team manager you need to have a good understanding of IT therefore experience from similar position is necessary to fill in this role.
Open mindedness, structure and solution orientation is key for success. You have an inner drive to satisfy customer needs therefore good cooperation and flexibility is a must. Change management and agile way of working experience can come handy in a team manger position.
